Small Business Members of America, LLC is a Florida limited liability company founded in September 2006 by a team of highly experienced entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide exceptional discounts and business resources to small businesses and their employees. Here are our co-founders:
Robert D. Kohn, co-founder and Managing Member, is also CEO and Director of Global Realty Development Corp. (OTCBB:GRLY). Earlier engagements included being a financial specialist for Wachovia Bank N.A.; CFO of Global Trade Group; and CEO and a co-founder of a company involved in major equipment liquidations, subsequently merged into Go Industry AG. Mr. Kohn is a CPA and holds a BA (Accounting and Economics) from Temple University. He resides in Coral Springs, Florida, and his email address is rkohn@sbmembers.com
William J. Ritger, co-founder and Managing Member, is also an investor in early-stage companies through various entities under his management. He has more than 30 years of professional equity research experience. Mr. Ritger founded The Research Works, Inc., an equity research boutique, in 1992, and earlier worked as an equity research analyst in NYC at firms that included Dillon, Read & Company, Inc.; Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc.; Needham and Company, Inc.; and Standard & Poor's Corporation. He holds a BA (Economics) from Duke University and an MBA (Finance) from Columbia Graduate School of Business Administration.
