As such, it will not disclose to third parties any individualized data regarding a member unless (i) the member himself has posted such information in a Member-Posted Profile or Classified Ad, (ii) it is necessary to do so to fulfill a member-requested transaction, (iii) SB Members has received the member's prior written authorization, or (iv) required to do so by subpoena or other legal process. SB Members provides its business partners and advertisers with aggregate data about its members, but there is no disclosure of information that personally identifies the members.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information that SB Members collects about its members. It does not apply to information collected by SB Members' affiliated providers or to third-party web sites and offerings linked to or otherwise accessible through the SB Members web site.
